Is there any work students can do at home?
- Exam Students should continue to work on any coursework they may have at home. All students with internet access can download and upload work from their own workspace using remote access.
- Y7-9 Students: We are developing packs of work for students for the short term when these students are not in school. These will be available on the school website via remote access and the student shared area. Paper copies will also be available from school reception and public libraries in Heanor, Ilkeston and Oakwood. The packs should be available from Monday 1st March, however, some work is already available on the school website through the Learning Zone.
- Any student who has problems with their password or logging in to remote access should e-mail Mrs McIntosh smcintosh@heanorgate.derbyshire.sch.uk. There is currently a problem with resetting passwords but we will send out a new password to you as soon as possible (you will be asked for some personal details for security).
- Remote Access has a limit to the number of people that can use it at the same time. Please log on, download your work and log off again so that others can use it.
