Applications to Heanor Gate Sixth Form are welcome from Year 11 students both within Heanor Gate and from other schools in the area. To apply please complete the online application form by clicking the link below.

The first wave of applications will close on Monday 2 December. At this point a decision will be made on re=opening applications. You should check this page for any updates.
The Head of Sixth Form interviews all prospective students. A conditional offer will then be made subject to GCSE results and references. For details of our Entry Requirements please click here.
Students without a grade 5 in mathematics will be supported to achieve this during their time in Sixth Form.
